Hungarian court case.

6th November 2013 Spomb™ bait dispensers Hungary Court Case prosecution settled out of court.

For your information, Spomb Limited had a prosecution and court date set in Hungary, for mid October, against Eurostar Kft of Budapest, Hungary, Europe. Eurostar Kft were, without license from Spomb, advertising for sale and distributing inferior copies of our products and products that were similar in design (an elongated shape) and falling within the scope of Spomb Intellectural Property Rights.

We're pleased to say that they have now withdrawn ALL products from sale and, therefore, we have been able to withdraw the court case and accept an out of court agreement and compensation.

That is great news for our innovative Spomb™ products. This year we\'ve been successful in enforcing against, and stopping, copies of our products being advertised, sold or stocked in France, Germany, Slovenia, Italy and Hungary and pursuing manufacturers in China and India.

Meanwhile our portfolio of intellectual property with patents, Utility Models, Registered Community Designs and trademarks continues to expand. We have recently been awarded new patents in China, South Africa and utility models in various Countries across Europe, including most recently Hungary.
